Join us as a Driver and Branch Sales Assistant on a flexible hours basis to help us grow, deliver sales, and exceed customer expectations. You will be contracted to 16 hours a week, with flexibility to work up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays, and meet business needs.

The role:

As a Driver and Branch Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver outstanding service, be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. Reporting to the branch management team, you will provide high-level service to customers, deliver products under tight deadlines, serve on the trade counter, and handle customer calls, ensuring excellent service and maximized sales. You will promote an inclusive team environment and enjoy a positive work experience.

Please note, this role requires a valid driving license and previous driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure health and safety of yourself and your vehicle
• Maintain your vehicle's condition
• Report issues or incidents to your line manager
• Comply with transport laws and regulations
• Support sales targets and customer loyalty efforts
• Maintain high standards, provide first-class service, and support branch duties such as serving customers and maintaining cleanliness

You:

Ideally, you have a clean driving license, previous driving experience, and knowledge of industry products. You should be flexible, able to work up to 37.5 hours weekly, and committed to excellent customer service and team support.
