Come and join us as a Branch Sales Assistant and Driver to help us grow, deliver sales and exceed customer expectations.

The role:

As a Driver and Branch Sales Assistant, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. You’ll be professional, driven and enthusiastic. Reporting to the branch management team, you will provide excellent service to internal and external customers, deliver products within tight deadlines, and serve customers both on the trade counter and over the phone. You’ll promote our inclusive team environment and enjoy your work!

Please note, this role requires a valid driving licence and previous driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Health and safety of yourself and your vehicle
• Vehicle maintenance and condition
• Reporting issues or incidents to your line manager
• Complying with transport laws and regulations
• Supporting sales targets with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager
• Maintaining high standards and providing excellent customer service
• Serving customers on the trade counter, telesales, and maintaining housekeeping standards

You:

Along with a clean driving licence, previous driving experience is preferred. Knowledge of our industry’s products is an advantage. You thrive on delivering great customer service and supporting your colleagues.
