Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc in Sheffield is seeking a Delivery Driver for a 3.5 tonne vehicle to service local customers. You will drive a flatbed van, load and deliver hire equipment, and engage with customers on-site as the representative of the company.

The role offers flexible hours, a 42-hour week, and a focus on work-life balance, with training and progression opportunities within Speedy. A full UK driving licence and local area knowledge are essential.

Days of work - Mon - Fri, Times - 07:30 - 17:00, 42 hours per week

Salary £29,572 Per annum, pro rata

Based in Sheffield, the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van, delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What You’ll Need

• Driving licence
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
