John Davidson Pipes Limited in Broxburn is seeking an experienced 18T HGV Driver with HIAB to join our delivery team. You will be customer-facing, delivering civils and drainage products to customers across Broxburn and surrounding areas.

The role requires a valid Class C licence, HIAB certification or experience, Driver CPC, a digital tachograph card and strong knowledge of health and safety. The Broxburn branch will relocate to Uphall soon, with ongoing opportunities and a competitive salary.

The Role

As one of our drivers, you will be customer-facing and responsible for delivering civils and drainage products to customers throughout Broxburn and the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with all driver and vehicle legislation
• Representing JDP professionally at each delivery point
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining JDP’s strong reputation

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• A positive, supportive attitude and willingness to learn all aspects of the operation
• A valid Class C licence
• HIAB certification or experience
• Driver CPC training completed
• A digital tachograph card
• Good knowledge of workplace Health & Safety practices
• A strong understanding of driver procedures, including driving hours rules and regulations
• The ability to plan efficient delivery routes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Profile

Must hold Class C licence.

Having FLT experience would be beneficial.
