Job summary

Stratstone Tonbridge JLR is seeking a Driver to deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships and suppliers with a focus on safety and timeliness. You will perform basic checks and act as the friendly face representing the brand during vehicle handovers.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and previous delivery experience, along with strong communication skills and the ability to plan routes in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Previous driving/delivery experience across multiple routes and vehicles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to plan travel routes, manage time effectively and work in a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships and suppliers safely, on time and in excellent condition.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after transport to ensure each car is presented to a first-class standard.
• Be a reliable point of contact, ensuring customers receive professional support during transport.
• Assist the sales team with vehicle movements around the dealership and support day-to-day logistics.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Stratstone Tonbridge JLR

As a Driver, you’ll play an important part in creating an effortless experience for our customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering vehicles safely and on time while creating a first-class impression for our customers. Every journey matters, whether you’re collecting vehicles from suppliers, moving cars between sites, or delivering vehicles directly to customers’ homes. You’ll ensure that every handover is seamless, professional, and leaves a lasting impression.

You’ll be the friendly face that represents both our team and our brand, helping to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Your Journey as a Driver:

• Deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships and suppliers safely, on time and in excellent condition
