Stratstone Tonbridge JLR, part of Lithia UK, is seeking a Driver to deliver vehicles safely and on time, building a first-class impression for customers. You’ll collect vehicles from suppliers, move cars between sites, and deliver to customers’ homes, ensuring seamless handovers and professional service.

The role offers a basic salary of £29,741 plus pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases and aftersales services.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Previous driving/delivery experience across multiple routes and vehicle types.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to plan travel routes and manage time effectively.
• Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service and representing the brand.

Responsibilities

As a Driver, you’ll play an important part in creating an effortless experience for our customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering vehicles safely and on time while creating a first‑class impression for our customers. Every journey matters, whether you’re collecting vehicles from suppliers, moving cars between sites, or delivering vehicles directly to customers’ homes. You’ll ensure that every handover is seamless, professional, and leaves a lasting impression.

You’ll be the friendly face that represents both our team and our brand, helping to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Your Journey as a Driver:

• Deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships and suppliers safely, on time and in excellent condition
• Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after transport to ensure each car is presented to a first‑class customer standard.
• Be a reliable and friendly point of contact, ensuring customers receive professional support during vehicle transport.
• Assist the sales team with vehicle movements around the dealership and support day-to-day logistics
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, representing our brand positively and with pride at all times
