It’s our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role in delivering top-quality products on time and efficiently.

You’ll be out on the road regardless of the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

We use automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van, making your work easier.

Since everyone prefers their groceries at different times, our shifts include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. In addition to your base pay, you will receive premiums increasing your average hourly earnings to £13.90. You can also boost your earnings further with overtime for special occasions!

All your paid breaks mean you get paid for every minute at work, which is a great benefit.

What do we need from you?

No previous experience is necessary; just bring a positive attitude and yourself. Our training team will support you!

Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving license
• At least 6 months driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve handling alcohol; applicants must be over 18.

Good communication skills are essential as this is a customer-facing role.

Contract Details:

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours/week, including paid breaks
• Schedule: Any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts. Further details provided during pre-boarding.
• Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and ending as late as 00:00. Check your commute before applying. Rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay: Paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule. Please consider this when applying.

Hourly Rates:

Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate), with premiums for evenings and Sundays, plus overtime rates for day and evening shifts.
