Zusammenfassung

Mitie is seeking a Driver to join the Waste and Cleaning team at Nine Elms, London. The role is permanent and full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of £17.53 per hour.

You will drive pallet trailers, load cardboard and plastic bales, and ensure equipment is fit for purpose while following PPE guidance and health and safety rules. A Counterbalance FLT licence, DBS check, and drugs/alcohol screening are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a full UK driving license.
• Counterbalance FLT licence with active experience driving trucks.
• Ability to follow PPE guidance and PPE procedures.
• DBS check and drugs/alcohol screening prior to starting.
• Good level of communicative English.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a Driver to join the Waste and Cleaning team to undertake driving duties with a health and safety conscious environment to load pallet trailers, card and plastic bales as well as ensuring all equipment is fit for purpose.

You should be capable of working and staying compliant to Health and Safety regulations, monitor the performance of equipment, provide support to the waste team and make sure to follow PPE guidance.

You will hold a current Counterbalance FLT license with active experience driving trucks, have a good level of communicative English as well as be detail conscious and excellent time management skills to follow tight deadlines. You will also be required to pass a DBS Check and undertake a drugs/alcohol screening test prior to starting.
