Breedon Group is seeking a Driver at the Longwater Asphalt Plant, Norfolk. The role focuses on delivering aggregates and concrete throughout Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire with full training provided. You will work closely with the Distribution Team to ensure timely, safe deliveries.
The ideal candidate has an HGV licence, Driver CPC, and a good knowledge of the local area. A flexible approach to shifts, including nights and weekends, is required to support our operations.

Full training on our products and processes will be provided, ensuring you're well-prepared to meet our high standard.
The successful candidate will have a flexible, proactive and versatile approach to work. You will have an energetic “hands on” approach and the ability to anticipate problems and consider a solution and the ability to negotiate and work collaboratively with colleagues on both a formal and informal level.
This position is ideal for a highly motivated, hard-working person with a positive attitude. You will have experience of HGV driving and have a valid class C licence and a current driver CPC. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local area and you will preferably be experienced in delivering aggregates and concrete, although this is not essential as training will be provided. You will be flexible in your approach to work variable hours, with the availability for occasional nights and weekends.
