Job summary

Nichols is seeking a Drinks Dispense Technician for an on-site role in Leeds. You will install, service, and maintain drinks dispense equipment at customer venues, performing routine checks and calibrations to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally with drinks dispense, catering, or refrigeration equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Basic IT skills for using service software, email, and digital reporting tools.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally to customer locations.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, health and safety and food hygiene standards relevant to drinks dispense systems.
• Relevant vocational qualification in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a field service role is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and service drinks dispense equipment at customer venues.
• Perform routine checks and calibrate equipment for optimum product quality.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty components, repairing on-site where possible.
