Lucy is on the lookout for a Design Director with a passion for drinks brand worlds to lead exciting creative projects and drive exceptional results for a top London-based design agency. The role requires a commitment of 3 days a week in the office.

This role offers the opportunity to guide clients and oversee diverse projects, supported by a dynamic and collaborative team. We’re searching for someone with a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on creativity, and a knack for inspiring others. As a Design Director, you will:

1. Partner with Creative Directors to set and uphold high creative standards across the team.
2. Take ownership of key clients and projects, ensuring successful delivery at every stage.
3. Develop and present strategically sound solutions that meet and exceed client briefs.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely to understand and exceed their expectations.
5. Play an active, hands-on role in the design process, setting the creative bar for the team.
6. Guide projects from concept to execution, ensuring collaboration with production teams.
7. Provide clear creative direction and ensure projects progress smoothly, in alignment with timelines and client objectives.
8. Collaborate with planners to translate strategy into actionable and impactful design briefs.
9. Support recruitment efforts and help shape the creative team’s future.
