Job summary

Boxbar Tech is seeking a Draught Dispense Technician for the South region. You will service and repair draught systems at customer venues, travel from home with a company van, and support installations and live events as needed.

Role requires practical technical skills, strong problem-solving and excellent customer communication. Travel across the South of England with occasional UK-wide travel will be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-service, maintenance or repairs in beverage or related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of draught dispense systems and components.
• Good fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and venue teams.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance of Boxbar equipment and draught systems in the South.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs and ensure first-time fix where possible.
• Manage field assignments and plan journeys across your territory.
• Support new installations, commissioning and live events as required.
• Provide clear, professional communication and keep detailed service records.
