Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a mainstream secondary school in Manchester seeking a Drama Teacher for a full-time, long-term role with an ASAP start. You will deliver Drama to KS3 and KS4, inspiring confidence and creativity while maintaining strong classroom management.

QTS with Drama specialism is required and experience across KS3/KS4 is essential; ECTs welcome. The role offers market-leading pay and ongoing CPD opportunities through My-Progression.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Manchester that has received a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating. The school is looking for an enthusiastic Drama Teacher who can contribute positively to the learning environment and support students to develop their confidence and creativity.

The school is looking to take on a Drama Teacher on a full-time, long‑term basis with an ASAP start. The successful Drama Teacher will teach Drama across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, delivering engaging lessons while maintaining high standards of classroom management.

The successful Drama Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Drama specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching Drama across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• A creative and engaging approach to teaching
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and adaptability
