Qualifications

• Expérience dans l'enseignement du drama dans un cadre secondaire.

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Drama Supply Teachers to work across our exclusive partner secondary schools from September 2025. Key Responsibilities:

As a Drama supply teacher, your duties may include:

Delivering dynamic and engaging Drama lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities for KS5

Encouraging creativity, expression, and confidence through performance and practical work

Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment

Preparing or delivering set lesson plans, depending on the role

Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback (in long-term placements)

Supporting extracurricular drama clubs or school productions where applicable

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting

Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities

Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, professional attitude

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (can be arranged through Teaching Personnel)
