Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking Drama Students and Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in Swindon schools. Flexible days Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with daily pay of £95–£105 and start date 02/11/2026. No prior experience required and training is provided.

We offer a free 3-hour in-person training and access to hundreds of CPD modules to support your development, with opportunities across Primary, Secondary and SEN settings.
