Tradewind Recruitment LTD. in Swindon is seeking engaging Teaching Assistants and graduates to support school-based learning across primary, secondary and SEN settings.

Ideal for sports coaches or graduates with a passion for helping children, with a pay rate of £95-£105 per day for a 8:30–3:30 schedule and a focus on creative demonstrations both inside and outside the classroom. Roles offer flexible local opportunities with potential for daily supply, long-term contracts or permanent positions,

Formación

• Experience supporting learning activities in classroom settings.

Attention all sports coaches and sports graduates! Are you looking for a fun and rewarding job that fits around your coaching or studying schedule? We are currently seeking teaching assistants for various schools across all settings in Swindon, primary, secondary, and SEN Schools to start working straight away when term 2 resumes in November. As a sports coach or graduate, you will often have the perfect personality and skillset to work with children and bring an element of creativity/demonstration both inside and outside the classroom. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds while also gaining valuable experience in the education field.

Responsibilities

• Support the teacher with the lesson plan through preparing learning materials.
• Adapt teaching support according to student's needs.
• Look after children's physical, social and emotional welfare.
• Create an engaging, fun learning environment through a range of resources.
• Work with other teachers, parents, and professionals to aid learning.
