Job summary

Ipsum in Glasgow is seeking a Drainage Patching Team Leader to support high-quality patching and lining works across multiple sites. You will assist the Drainage Patching Engineer with daily site activities, prep of equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will lead a patching team, promote good workmanship, and help deliver on-time results while maintaining a safe, organised site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in utilities/drainage preferred.
• Patching City and Guilds certification is advantageous.
• NRSWA Streetworks qualification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Carry out patching works on site.
• Support the Drainage Patching Engineer with daily site activities.
• Lead and mentor the patching team to ensure quality and safety.
