Bimplus is seeking a Drainage Operations Manager to lead our team of drainage engineers and tankering operatives in Harlow. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, and maintain strong client relationships while driving efficiency, quality, and safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership, with responsibility for planning, delivering projects on time, and managing resources to meet budgetary goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in drainage or tankering operations.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of drainage engineers and tankering staff.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily jobs to ensure efficient operations.
• Review quotations for drainage projects to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on complex drainage jobs.
• Ensure work is completed on time, to standard, and within budget.
• Coordinate procurement of parts, equipment, and resources.
