Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise drainage engineers across commercial works.
• Oversee day-to-day running of jobs and ensure quality.

• Act as link between team, customers and management.
• Resolve site issues and make on-plan decisions.
• Maintain high workmanship and customer service standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate labour, vehicles and equipment.
• Carry out site visits and provide practical support.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensure proper paperwork and reporting is completed.
• Provide leadership and mentor less experienced engineers.
