Job summary

Auger is seeking a Drainage Investigation Engineer to cover Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will be trained to carry out subsidence investigations alongside drainage projects, with a fully equipped vehicle and door-to-door pay.

The role focuses on independently investigating drainage systems, identifying causes, gathering evidence, and communicating findings to the Field Operations Team. Overtime optional; generous leave and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in communicating with customers and explaining works.
• Ability to identify causes of drainage issues and gather evidence.
• Willingness to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate drainage systems and recommend repairs.
• Learn and carry out subsidence investigations and gather evidence.
• Log ownership and cause of the customer's issue.
• Explain works to customers and provide reassurance.
• Complete trial holes to locate foundations and collect samples.
• Coordinate with Field Operations Team on-site challenges.
