Job summary

Adler & Allan is seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer with HGV to join our drainage solutions team in Droitwich. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring you to work away from home Monday to Friday, supporting teams across multiple sites alongside CCTV and Patch Lining specialists.

You will operate Jet Vac equipment, ensure RAMS compliance, and communicate with clients and managers. You should be comfortable with on-site duties and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence is essential.
• Experience in drainage and jetting is essential.
• Strong RAMS understanding and safe working practices.
• Patch lining or UV lining experience is desirable.

We’re seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer with HGV to join our new drainage solutions team in Droitwich. This is a hands on, field based role that requires working away from home Monday to Friday, supporting teams across multiple sites alongside our CCTV and Patch Lining specialists.

More about the role

• Operate, maintain and service Jet Vac equipment in line with service manuals
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures and RAMS documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients and line managers
• Support patch lining and drain lining works as required
• Complete waste and duty‑of‑care documentation
• Overtime and working away during the week are essential parts of the role

About you

• Class 2 HGV licence is essential
• Drainage and jetting experience is essential
• Strong understanding of RAMS and safe working practices
• Patch lining or UV lining experience is desirable
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Full clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
• Happy working away from home on weekdays
