Job summary

Metro Rod is seeking a Drainage Engineer to service the Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax and Wakefield areas. The role is on-site, 45 hours per week, with overtime and an on-call rota. A full UK driving licence and living in West Yorkshire are required.

Qualifications

• High pressure water jetting and CCTV surveying experience is beneficial but full training provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
• Willingness to work some unsociable hours and to be part of an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of drains.
• Operating High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment safely and effectively.
• Carrying out surveys and recording work details in internal systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to clients.
