Job summary

Lanes Group is recruiting a Drainage Engineer for the Croydon area on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves travelling to residential sites, using high-pressure water jetting equipment to restore drainage networks and deliver reliable service.

You will maintain drainage systems, record reports, perform diagnostics and repairs, and uphold health and safety standards. Training is provided to support your professional growth within the Thames Water contract.

Responsibilities

• Travelling to residential sites, powering a high-pressure water jet for restoration.
• Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems.
• Record each job report on the specialist equipment.
• Run diagnostics and repairs on drains.
• Delivering good customer service.
• Maintain high H&S standards and PPE compliance.
• Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished.
• Liaise with Thames Water on progress and updates.
