Drainage Engineer – FM Service Provider – High-End Residential Portfolio – Canary Wharf & Battersea, London – Up to £48,000 + Package

Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider covering a portfolio of seven high-end residential buildings across London, with six sites located in Canary Wharf and one in Battersea. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Drainage Engineer to carry out planned and reactive drainage maintenance across the portfolio.

This role would suit an experienced Drainage Engineer with a strong background in commercial or residential drainage systems, who enjoys taking ownership of their work and working closely with clients and specialist subcontractors. Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday – 07:30 am to 17:00 pm
Friday – 07:30 am to 16:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned preventative and reactive drainage maintenance across a portfolio of high-end residential buildings.
Undertaking CCTV camera surveys on rainwater gullies, stacks, and below-ground drainage systems.
Diagnosing drainage issues and recommending remedial or improvement works.
Supporting the development and upkeep of drainage plans and asset information.
Supervising and coordinating specialist drainage subcontractors on site.
Working primarily within landlord areas, with occasional involvement within tenant spaces.
Producing detailed reports, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and site teams.
Supporting the wider engineering team where required.
