Job summary

DRAINAGE THAT WORKS LTD is seeking a Drainage Engineer in the United Kingdom. The position offers an initial self-employed day-rate arrangement, with potential to join permanently after a 1–3 month probation period.

Applicants should live within commuting distance of DA14, hold a valid UK driving licence, and have at least 3 years of drainage engineering experience. On-call and out-of-hours availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Unblocking drains and pipes.
• Descaling and cleaning tasks.
• Fault finding with CCTV surveying to diagnose issues.
• Resin patching and lining repairs where needed.
• HPWJ works and related drainage duties.
• Excavation work as required on projects.

Drainage Engineer Must

• Be a commutable distance from DA14
• Have Full UK Driving licence
• Have a Minimum of 3 years' experience as a drainage engineer

• Resin patch & Lining repairs
• HPWJ

Drainage Engineer preferred but not essential:

• Plumbing experience
• Site leadership experience
• Paving
• Good customer service / communication skills
