Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of the drainage sector and excellent technical skills across markets.
• Experience in drainage design from concept to detailed design within infrastructure and transportation sectors.
• Familiarity with BIM environments, 3D modelling and Common Data Environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage design delivery for stand-alone projects and for larger multi-disciplinary schemes.
• Oversee drainage designs, models, calculations and drawings to applicable standards.
• Provide technical input to bids and proposals including programme and risk considerations.
• Support development of junior team members and contribute to business strategy implementation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships within the UK regulatory framework and ensure quality, safety and environment compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers on budget, programme and change control.
