Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a senior DPRK/China intelligence analyst to own end-to-end attribution of illicit crypto activity. You will map on-chain networks, produce finished intelligence, and represent Chainalysis publicly on DPRK and China threats.

Lead data collection priorities and translate findings into operational guidance for products and customers. You will work with a globally distributed team to advance threat intelligence, leveraging AI-driven approaches and blockchain forensics to stay

Qualifications

Deep, demonstrable expertise in DPRK and/or China crypto operations and money-laundering networks.
On-chain tracing experience against targeted DPRK/China actors.
Background in national security, threat-finance, or intelligence work.

Responsibilities

Own DPRK & China attribution end to end, including threat actors and infrastructure.
Lead attribution responses to sanctions events and high-visibility cases.
Map on-chain networks: mixers, cross-chain bridges, no-KYC flows, OTC brokers.
Produce finished intelligence for briefs, reports, and publications.
Be the named external expert representing Chainalysis on DPRK and China threats.
Set collection priorities for the domain and guide data requirements.
Translate typologies into actionable detections for products and customers.
Build automation to scale analysis and support the team.
