Stanley Mills Weavers in Bradford is seeking an experienced Dornier Overlooker to join our small weaving team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, efficiency, and quality of our 19 Dornier looms.

This full-time role offers a rotating 40-hour week with two shifts. The role involves gear changes, quality checks, tuning for efficiency and quality, routine loom maintenance and fault resolution, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Overlooker/Loom Tuner experience required.
• Training available for other loom types.

Responsibilities

• Gear changes and loom setup.
• Carrying out quality checks on fabric output.
• Efficiency and quality tuning of weaving processes.
• Routine loom maintenance and fault resolution.
