Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Leeds, West Yorkshire. You will be out and about, door-to-door, speaking with residents and helping them switch to broadband they can trust. You’ll own your pipeline, drive performance, and directly influence your earnings.

The role is full-time with a base salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K). A £250 monthly car allowance and business travel are provided. You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Qualifications

• Must have full, clean UK driving license and access to a car.
• Solid sales experience; able to engage people and secure conversations.
• Comfortable working in field-based, door-to-door environment.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking to residents to switch to broadband.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Build relationships within the local community and with internal teams.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
