Eden Scott have partnered with Uniquely, a leading name in customer service and sales, supporting businesses across Ireland and now the wider UK in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are recruiting Field Sales Executives across Edinburgh and Glasgow on a full time, permanent basis.

What you need to know;

  • Working hours 12 midday 8:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Fully expensed new company car with fuel card
  • Earn £40,000 OTE (25k basic salary) with an uncapped capability to earn more
  • Monthly rewards & incentives including tickets to concerts

Every day brings fresh opportunities to make an impact as a Field Sales Representative. You'll start by planning your day, mapping out your journey to efficiently reach potential customers in your designated area;

  • Your focus will be on engaging homeowners and highlighting how SKYs top-notch product package can enhance their lives.
  • You'll function as a trusted advisor, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Closing deals and celebrating your successes will be key highlights, as you log your achievements on your company-provided iPad and track your progress towards your goals. Throughout your role, you'll be committed to continuous learning, staying up to date on industry trends and product knowledge, and collaborating with your Regional Sales Manager and team to enhance your skills.

What you need?

  • The right to work in the UK (by the time employment commences).
  • A valid UK driving licence (manual license)
  • A flair for building relationships a strong communicator and experience within a customer facing environment
  • Motivated to hit targets
  • Resilience and a drive to succeed
  • Empathy and customer focus

If you've previously worked in sales, retail, hospitality, or any role that involves dealing with people face-to-face, that's ideal, but Uniquely are also looking for people with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit. Were looking for raw talent with great potential. While previous sales experience is a bonus, we believe in hiring individuals who can demonstrate the core skills essential for success in this role.

The Specifics

  • Meeting new customers through quality cold calling into homes in your local area
  • Meet with homeowners to review their telecommunication needs and offer a full quotation on their accounts.
  • Upload newly acquired sales onto your fully automated tablet solution (iPad).
  • Develop detailed journey plans to utilise your time effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure company procedures and processes are always adhered to.
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge
