Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new customer sign-ups across Salford and the surrounding area. You will work flexible hours, speaking directly with residents to explain the benefits of switching to YouFibre broadband and managing your own pipeline to hit targets.

You will earn a base salary of £25,000 with uncapped commission, giving you the potential to reach an OTE of £50K. A car allowance and travel expenses are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Own vehicle is required.
• Proven experience in face-to-face sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking to residents to switch to broadband.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and convert conversations to customers.
• Drive performance to meet and exceed targets in the field.
• Build relationships within the local community and with internal teams.
• Be receptive to feedback and adapt your approach.
