Charity Link is recruiting a Door-to-Door Sales Executive to promote dogs charity campaigns directly to the public. You will work in your local area, engaging residents, sharing the Dogs Trust story, and building a pipeline of regular monthly donors.
The role combines field sales with coaching from experienced managers to sharpen your pitch and hit targets. Full training is provided, with guaranteed basic pay and uncapped bonuses.
Great causes need great salespeople. If you love a target, have a high level of resilience, & want to be rewarded for every sign-up, this is the sales role for you.
At Charity Link, we deliver door-to-door sales & fundraising campaigns for some of the UK's most respected charities. In this role, you will be working exclusively with Dogs Trust, representing the charity directly to the public as a permanent member of our sales team.
In door-to-door sales & fundraising, you will visit households in your assigned area, telling the story behind the cause, & winning long-term support.
This is a sales role with a cause at its heart. As a field sales executive, you will knock on doors, start conversations with strangers & convince people that a regular monthly donation is worth making. Behind every sign-up is a dog in a rescue kennel that is one step closer to finding their forever home.
This is a target-driven, sales focused role, & you will be judged on results. You will hear "no" often, & the fundraisers who succeed are the ones who shrug it off, learn from it & knock on the next door with the same outlook. You will also be on your feet for the whole shift, outside, moving from door to door in all weathers. If you're competitive, resilient & motivated by a number to beat, you will love it.
You will work independently, but you will have the benefit of experienced sales managers & coaches will help you sharpen your pitch & hit your targets.
Fundraisers complete a structured 12-week training programme, beginning with a remote induction, followed by continuous coaching from experienced managers & fundraising coaches. Full support is provided to help you succeed & build a long-term career in fundraising.
Full-time roles involve working five days per week, & typical hours are from 11 am to 7pm, including two weekends per month.
Door-to-door fundraisers typically work near their homes, though travel across local & regional areas is required. Mileage is reimbursed for travel beyond 20 miles. All equipment, including uniform, tablet, & fundraising materials, is supplied.
For over 30 years, we've supported the UK's leading charities, & the people who work with us are at the heart of that. We value diversity, equity & inclusion, & we make sure every employee feels respected, empowered & supported to thrive.
If you want a role with real targets, real rewards & a cause worth working for, this is it.
