TLG Management is seeking professional Door Supervisors for West Bromwich and surrounding venues. The role covers pubs, bars, nightlife and events with flexible part-time opportunities and competitive pay.

As a Door Supervisor you will ensure a safe, welcoming environment, manage entry and incidents, and provide excellent customer service. Evening, night and weekend shifts are typical, with opportunities across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

TLG Management is looking for professional, reliable and experienced Door Supervisors to join our team working across pubs, bars, nightlife venues, events and other licensed premises in the West Bromwich area.

As a Door Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming and professional environmentfor customers, staff and venue management. We are looking for individuals who can provide a strong security presence while maintaining excellent customer service and a calm, approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at the venue.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points.
• Check identification and ensure venue entry policies are followed.
• Monitor customer behaviour and manage situations before they escape.
• Deal calmly and professionally with incidents, disputes and difficult situations.
• Support venue management and staff with security-related matters.
• Assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Carry out regular checks of the venue and surrounding areas where required.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow venue procedures.
• Complete incident reports and provide clear information when required.
• Work effectively as part of a wider security and venue team.
• Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with SIA requirements and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Previous Door Supervisor or security experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, confident and approachable manner.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and event shifts.
• Good awareness of personal safety, customer safety and venue security.

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in pubs, bars, clubs, nightlife or events.
• Additional relevant security qualifications.
• Experience dealing with large crowds or busy licensed venues.
• Basic computer skills for incident reporting and administrative duties.
• Own transport is desirable but not essential, depending on the location and shift.
