Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Door Supervisor located in Ipswich and surrounding areas. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for patrons and staff at various venues. Daily tasks include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting security checks, managing crowd control, and addressing any security incidents that may arise. The Door Supervisor will also ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Venue Security, Static Guarding, and Event Security
• Valid SIA License
• Skills in crowd control and managing security incidents
• Ability to conduct security checks and monitor entry and exit points
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain composed
• Previous experience in corporate security or close protection is a plus
• Availability for part-time, flexible schedules
