Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking professional, reliable Door Supervisors to join our security team in our venues across Scotland. You will manage access, greet guests, monitor crowds, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all customers.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor badge, has good communication and customer-service skills, and is available for late shifts and weekends. Experience in a similar role is preferred, with chances to progress through our Scotsman Steps

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor badge is mandatory.
• 2 years experience within a similar role preferred.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends.

The Role:

We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our dynamic team of Security Staff in our venues. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at our venues. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted with a friendly and approachable manner, while also managing access and handling any security-related issues.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and managingcrowds and queues
• Dealing withconflict; restraining and escorting customers off of the premises if required
• Ensuring thesafety of customers and staff at all times

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role
• 2 years experiencewithin a similar role would be preferred.
• Great communication and customer service skillswith the ability to diffuse high tension situations.
• Availability towork shifts, including late nights and weekends at key times during the year.
