Job summary

The Scotsman Group is Scotland's largest hospitality group with venues across Scotland. The Deputy General Manager role focuses on supporting sales growth, cost control and delivering consistently excellent customer service across our venues.

You will lead service standards, develop staff, and be accountable for shifts and the full unit when senior management is absent. The role requires leadership, teamwork and strong commercial awareness, with evening and weekend shifts expected.

• Ability to communicate at all levels.
