Job summary

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity is seeking an Individual Giving Executive in Leatherhead, Surrey to drive donor campaigns and strengthen supporter relationships. You will report to the Individual Giving Manager and collaborate with external partners across direct mail, digital, and telemarketing to attract, retain, and inspire donors.

The role offers hands-on experience in direct marketing, donor communications and project management, with opportunities to develop data-driven fundraising

Qualifications

Motivating communicator with ability to build relationships with supporters and stakeholders.
Thrives in a busy environment handling multiple priorities.
Excellent and creative written communication skills.
Confident with MS Office; some database experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and evaluate fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
Grow and retain the community of supporters; ensure they feel valued and engaged.
Gain hands-on experience in supporter communications, project management and data-driven fundraising.
