Job summary

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity is seeking a Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager in Leatherhead to lead the strategy and delivery of corporate and community fundraising efforts. You will manage a team of four fundraisers and drive income exceeding £2M through strong stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four fundraisers to meet combined income targets of over £2M.
• Build strong relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, trustees, ambassadors and supporters.
• Maximise income, engagement and long-term partnership opportunities across corporate partners, community organisations and volunteer fundraisers.
• Take overall accountability for delivering significant income growth for the organisation.
