Job summary

YMCA England & Wales is seeking a Fundraising Database Assistant to join the DISE team, helping keep the supporter database accurate and up to date. You will run scheduled imports/exports with third-party partners and create targeted data selections for fundraising and marketing campaigns.

You will also build queries and exports in Raiser's Edge NXT, perform routine data quality checks, flag recurring issues, and be the first point of contact for routine database queries.

Qualifications

• You have experience with a CRM or database system and Excel.
• You follow documented processes and meet deadlines.
• You communicate well and are collaborative and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled data imports and exports with third-party partners.
• Produce targeted data selections for fundraising and marketing campaigns.
• Create queries, lists and exports in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Carry out routine data quality checks and clean-up.
• Respond to ad hoc database requests and act as first point of contact.
