Job summary

Big C is seeking a part-time Donation Centre Assistant to join our retail team in Wymondham. You will support day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality customer service and maximizing the value of donated goods through sorting, selection, storage and distribution to our shops.

The role is 7 hours per week on Saturdays, with some weekday flexibility. Hours are 8:30am to 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break; salary is National Minimum Wage depending on age.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and working in a small team.
• Ability to learn and handle donated items safely.

Responsibilities

• Sort, select, store and distribute donated goods.
• Support day-to-day operations and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Assist in distributing goods to retail shops.
