Domino’s Pizza Group plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts and keep our Domino’s store running smoothly. You will motivate the team, ensure service quality, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with opportunities for training and progression. Availability for evenings and weekends is required, with a pay rate of £13.25 per hour at stake. Join us to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal).
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally.
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
