Poole Home Care Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' own homes around Poole and surrounding areas. You will work to uphold clients’ independence, dignity and quality of life.

You will support with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship and daily living tasks, building trusting relationships with clients and their families, promoting wellbeing and ensuring care is delivered safely and in line with individual care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with medication administration or reminders as required.
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families to support wellbeing.
• Ensure care is delivered safely, compassionately and in line with individual care plans.
