Job summary

Community Careline Services (Bexley) LTD is recruiting compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to support people in their own homes in Wales. You will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing through care that reflects their needs, choices and daily routines.

Duties include personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), medication support, meals, mobility assistance, light household tasks, companionship, and maintaining accurate care records while following care

Qualifications

• Providing personal care, including support with washing, dressing and using the toilet.
• Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training.
• Preparing meals and drinks.
• Assisting with mobility and moving and handling, including using equipment where required.
• Helping with light household tasks.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes or concerns.
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with medication administration as per care plans.
• Prepare meals and ensure proper hydration.
• Support mobility and safe use of equipment where needed.
• Undertake light household tasks to support independence.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established care plans and safeguarding procedures.
