- Assisting clients with meal preparation and feeding and ensuring that they have a balanced and nutritious diet.
- Administering medication in accordance with care plans and ensuring that clients take medication as prescribed.
- Assisting with housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and encouraging them to participate in activities and hobbies.
- Observing and reporting any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the care team.
- Ensuring that clients' care plans are up-to-date and that their needs are always met.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care and progress.
