What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting clients with personal care, mobility, dressing, and hygiene
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Administering or assisting with medication (training provided)
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
• Driving clients to appointments or social activities (where needed)
• Using digital systems to log visits and report concerns
• Ensuring a safe, clean and comfortable home environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A naturally caring and compassionate nature
• Good communication skills with clients and their families
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for most roles)
• IT literacy – all care notes are logged electronically
• Flexibility to work weekdays and alternate weekend
• Experience in care is welcome but not essential – your attitude is what matters most

Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability required (can be on a rota basis)
