Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker for Blaencwm and surrounding Rhondda communities. You’ll deliver in-home care, support mobility, and provide companionship, with paid travel time between visits.

The role requires approved DBS and SCW registration where applicable, with flexible agency shifts and ongoing support from our consultants. Competitive pay and route options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ UK care or support work experience.
• Experience with moving and handling; use of hoists.
• Caring, reliable and compassionate approach.
• Willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS.
• SCW registration, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support in clients’ own homes.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, meals and daily living activities.
• Support clients with mobility and moving & handling, including hoists.
• Administer medication where trained and authorised.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting dignity and wellbeing.
• Complete care records accurately and follow care plans.
• Travel between client visits on foot or as a passenger.
