Job summary

Tamfol is seeking a caring domiciliary care worker to provide personal care, companionship and reablement support in clients' homes. You will help individuals rebuild everyday skills and live as independently as possible, while upholding dignity, respect and safety.

We value empathy, reliability and clear communication, and sponsorship opportunities are available subject to eligibility and immigration rules. Driving licence is preferred for travel between visits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year’s experience in a care role.
• A valid driving licence and ability to drive between care visits.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A clear understanding of duty of candour, including being open and honest when things go wrong and reporting incidents promptly.
• An understanding of safeguarding guidelines, including recognising, recording and reporting concerns about abuse or neglect.
• A kind, patient and reliable approach to person-centred care.
• A commitment to following care plans, maintaining accurate records and promoting independence through reablement.
