Job summary

Verity Healthcare Limited is seeking passionate domiciliary care workers to provide compassionate care in clients' own homes. You will assist with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming with dignity.
• Safe medication assistance and adherence to care plans.
• Trained in using hoists, mobility aids and transferring techniques.
• Strong listening, empathy and clear communication with clients and families.
• Accurate documentation and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with toileting, continence management and hygiene.
• Help clients get up in the morning and prepare for bed at night.
• Support medication administration as per care plan.
• Maintain detailed records of care and medication provided.
• Prepare food and drinks respecting dietary needs and preferences.
• Carry out light domestic duties as directed by the plan.
• Follow health and safety rules and raise concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the post.
