Brendoncare is hiring a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Otterbourne Mews, near Winchester. You will provide personalised care to residents, maintain up-to-date care plans, and support independence while working as part of a compassionate team.

The role offers weekend shift uplift of 10% and benefits including a free DBS check, free meal on shift, and free parking. Training and development are provided within a supportive, Not-for-Profit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as key worker for residents and keep care plans up to date.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Support new team members and give constructive feedback.
• Encourage resident independence where possible.
• Occasionally care for residents in the Brendoncare Home or other services.
