Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and promote client independence.
• Support with meals, mobility, and household tasks per care plan.
• Administer or support medication and maintain records.
• Provide emotional and social support and encourage engagement.
• Maintain care records, report health changes promptly, and follow safeguarding standards.
• Attend mandatory training and participate in professional development.
